Ok, you know what I said about no Life on Mars until I got something done? I failed. Quite miserably, really. In fact, not only have I been watching Life on Mars, I've been watching anything and everything with John Simm in it that I can get my hands on. (Obsessive? Me?)

BUT!

I've still done all right with one part of my plan. At this point I've got (*quick count*) at least fourteen crack ideas/comics (although two of them are really more "fanart of fanart" type things), one ongoing idea which may either be brilliant or just plain dumb (drinking is heavily involved), three more serious non-comic pieces, and at least two fanfic ideas all neatly listed and planned out so I can't forget them (one angsty one-shot, and the other a hopefully proper chapter fic). And guess what? I've even got some of the fanfics written for once! Normally, I just let them play over and over out in my head until I forget them because I'm too afraid to write them down and show anyone.

This has turned from just wanting to make cracky little comics with Ten and Simm!Master into trying to come up with my own serious AU - INCLUDING the Master's death, because I've realized I can't completely disregard a scene that made me cry like a baby. That's a bit ambitious of me, isn't it?

Let's just hope I can actually focus or maintain enough self-confidence to see this thing through instead of pussing out again.

...Now I need to lie down a while and try to get my head to shut up/come out of the fog.
